Just when you had launched the project, Aaeshka Marigold, my friend, Amol Erande, had taken me to see the plot, when it was just a piece of land and the foundation work was yet to begin. Since way back in the 1990's, during my father’s time, we had burnt our fingers dealing with other builders. I had dismissed the idea of booking an apartment then. As luck would have it, the whole thing came around later when the project was nearing completion and we bought flat 403 from you.
But there was a stark difference dealing with you from the word go. Your attention to detail especially clarity in documentation, and the meticulous follow ups by your staff ensured that we had a very smooth home buying experience.
In fact my mother, Smt. Prerna O Vaswani, who is 70 years old and handicapped, was particularly pleased when she met you personally at the Registrar’s office. In all previous property deals we have had, never had a builder come personally. They always sent their representatives. My mother was absolutely delighted to see that not only were you there personally, but you also ensured that the registration happens as quickly as possible to avoid her the inconvenience of sitting there.
And let me also mention that your good intentions have rubbed into the project. We have had a lovely building come up with good neighbours. So much so that it feels like we all are a happy family in that building. We, of course are investors and have let out our flat. But the vibrations are so good that in the last nearly 2.5 years I have had 2 tenants, both have been blessed with a child during their stay in my flat. I consider this a very lucky omen, as the vastu of the place encourages life to be born there.

My wife and I were searching for a second home away from Mumbai and we decided on Pune. We were looking for an apartment that was akin to the ones found in Mumbai. We looked at a lot of apartments in Koregaon Park but we found them either too close to other apartments or too small.
Someone recommended Baner, a very cosmopolitan residential area. After looking around, we located an apartment which we liked. It was open, well lit and comfortable in size. We then met with Ashish Shah from Aaeshka Realty who developed the property. Ashish told us more about the location, the quality of the construction and all the thoughtful project features. Ashish patiently answered any questions we asked and made us very comfortable with the whole buying process. So we went ahead and bought our first home from Aaeshka Realty in Pune. It was good to deal with a professional and somebody who cares for the buyer.
